Dominic Saggitarius is a famous Subetan dragon slayer who is also a very wealthy business tycoon. His sword is custom made specifically to slay dragons. Saggitarius stays in his skyscraper in Centropolis where he runs his quests from, and is also available as an Extremely Hard challenger in the Battle Coliseum.
