Mornrise Serpent is an unlockable extremely hard difficulty Battle Opponent. It was released in August 2014 as part of the Cash Shop Monthly Challengers series and is the counterpart to Eventide Phoenix.

Unlocking

Mornrise Serpent can be unlocked by using a Strangely Warm Pearl, which is an Achievement prize for defeating Eventide Phoenix 25 times. As of 2022, the Eventide Phoenix Summoning Stone returns to the Cash Shop each summer from June to August. Once unlocked, both Eventide Phoenix and Mornrise Serpent can be permanently found in the cash shop challenger tab in the Battle Coliseum.

Loot

You will receive the following items when defeating Mornrise Serpent on the fifth win with one Pet. As a cash shop challenger, Mornrise Serpent does not have any random loot drops on other wins.

At the Genetech Lab, the Ruined Mornrise Relic can be combined with the Eventide Chakram, an achievement prize for defeating Eventide Phoenix five times, to create a Recovered Relic Hammer, a tier 7 Weapon.
