Chance Items are Useable items that are similar to Costume Trunks and Monthly Collectables but are smaller and are usually based on NPCs. They are sold in the Cash Shop in a similar way to how Vending Machines work, with each different chance item now having its own page in the Cash Shop when in season. Each item vend is worth 100 CSC.
